Sessions are held in our fitness suite or, depending on the weather, outside in the beautiful setting at Scolton.
This pool-based exercise class helps reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness and increase muscle tone. Aqua aerobics is also an enjoyable, effective and sociable way to exercise, and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Classes are open to members and non-members, and take place throughout the week:
- Monday - 6-7pm
- Wednesday - 10.30-11.30am and 11.30am-12.30pm
- Thursday - 6.30-7.30pm
- Friday - 10.30-11.30am
Aqua aerobics classes are particularly popular, so make sure you book your place!
These water-based sessions involve gentle mobility and stretching exercises, which help you improve your flexibility and recover from an injury or injury. Sessions are one-to-one and tailored to your requirements.
